The Financial Stability Oversight Council has proposed to revise its FOIA regulations, according to a notice scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on November 28, 2016.  The changes will implement the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.  

The deadline to submit comments is January 27, 2017.
