The Department of Justice's Office of Information Policy has issued new guidance for agencies to use in updating their regulations, which includes a FOIA regulation template.  The template identifies key items to include and provides sample regulation language.  This guidance might need to be revised, however, if FOIA reform legislation is enacted.
