The U.S. Department of Labor plans to revise its FOIA regulations "to update and streamline the language of several procedural provisions and to incorporate changes . . . under the OPEN Government Act of 2007 and the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016."  A pre-publication copy of the Department's revisions are available here.  The deadline for public comments is October 17, 2016.
