The Federal Labor Relations Authority published a final rule implementing new FOIA regulations in today's issue of the Federal Register.  The amendments are required to comply with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 and are also intended to clarify and update the agency's FOIA procedures.  The agency did not solicit public comments on the changes.  The final rule is effecitve January 24, 2017.
