Yesterday the National Labor Relations Board issued a final rule amending its FOIA regulations, as set forth in a notice published in the Federal Register.  Among other things, the revisions reflect changes mandated by the OPEN Government Act of 2007 and the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.  The final rule will be effective March 6, 2017.
