The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board published a proposed rule with request for comments concerning revised FOIA regulations in today's issue of the Federal Register.  The proposed changes implement recommendations from the Office of Government Information Services and reflect amendments required by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.  Comments must be received by May 8, 2017.
