Today the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction issued a final rule implementing amendments to its Freedom of Information Act regulation.  SIGAR initially proposed changes to its FOIA regulations on January 4, 2017, and it received comments from two unspecified government agencies (presumably OIP and OGIS).  This final rule is effective July 24, 2017.
