The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission published a final rule today in the Federal Register that updates the agency's FOIA regulations in accordance with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.  The final rule incorporates changes recommended by the Office of Government Information Services after EEOC issued an interim rule on December 29, 2016.
