The Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") published a proposed rule that amends the agency's FOIA regulations in today's issue of the Federal Register.  These changes are required to conform with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, as well as to "clarify, update, and streamline the language of several procedural provisions."  Comments must be received by February 2, 2018.
