The Presidio Trust issued the final version of its amended FOIA regulations today following a notice-and-comment period that concluded in April. Notably, the agency declined to extend the jurisdiction of FOIA lawsuits to courts outside of the Northern District of California. The agency’s amended regulations are effective November 15, 2018.
