The Office of National Drug Control Policy, a component of the Executive Office of the President, published a final rule in today’s issue of the Federal Register implementing new FOIA regulations. The updates are intended to comport with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 and revised best practices. THe new regulations are effective October 19, 2020.
