The U.S Department of Labor has released its annual FOIA report for fiscal year 2021, which indicates that it received a total of 13,560 initial requests and processed 14,022 requests. DOL trimmed its backlog from 1714 requests in FY 2020 to 1216 request in FY 2021, a 29 percent decrease.
