The Corporation for National and Community Service (operating as AmeriCorps) has issued a proposed rule revising its FOIA regulations “to reflect changes made in the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 and to make the regulations more user friendly through plain language.” Public comments may be submitted through July 1, 2022.
