Several agencies have posted their fiscal year 2019 annual FOIA reports in their online reading rooms:

• U.S. Dep’t of Housing & Urban Dev.

• Export-Import Bank of the United States

• Fed. Commc’n Comm’n

• Commodity Futures Trading Comm’n

• U.S. Int’l Trade Comm’n

• Fed. Energy Reg. Comm’n

• Court Sev. & Offender Supervision Agency for the Dist. of Columbia

• Occupational Safety & Health Review Comm’n

• Office of Gov’t Ethics

• Amtrak

• Fed. Election Comm’n

• Nat’l Trans. Safety Bd.

• U.S. Nuclear Reg. Comm’n

• Selective Serv. Syst.

• U.S. Comm’n on Civil Rights

• Legal Serv. Comm’n

• Nat’l Comm’n on Military, Nat’l & Pub. Serv.

All agencies were required to submit their annual reports to the Office of Information Policy by November 18, 2019. OIP typically releases a summary of the annual reports in May or June.
